At Northside Dental and Implant Centre we have over 20 years of experience in restoring missing teeth with dental implants. We only use state-of-the-art materials that are supported by many years of clinical research and development.

At Northside Dental & Implant Centre, there is no need to fear dentistry. Treatment under intravenous sedation or general anesthetic is a part of our weekly routine. Three of our doctors are board registered to administer sedation. Our purpose-built practice helps facilitate dental needs for even the most phobic of patients.

Patients with physical and intellectual disabilities, previously treated exclusively in major teaching hospitals, are now able to receive treatment locally as Northside Dental & Implant Centre. Our practice has wheelchair access and each surgery is large enough to accommodate a hoist if required.

The main entrance is via the Turramurra Avenue carpark, with wheelchair access from the Pacific Highway.

Everything from ensuring we know which medications patients are taking to ensuring that every instrument used is properly scrubbed; thoroughly sterilized and safely stored away every day. Each surgery is cleaned and sterilized before and after each patient and again at the end of the day when an environmental cleaning audit is completed.

There is no substitute for quality. The doctors on our team have decades of experience between them and use only the very best materials and equipment. They are supported by registered nurses and chairside assistants who are professionally capable, respectful, friendly, and empathetic. All staff members regularly undertake accredited training courses to improve their skills and knowledge.

We understand that, irrespective of age, a dental appointment can be scary ordeal for some people. Allaying fears and building patient confidence and trust is a big part of our service. We offer conscious or intravenous sedation, which is an efficient and effective way of relieving anxiety and providing pain control during a dental procedure. Sedation is ideal for anxious, phobic or patients with gag reflexes. Complex cases requiring general anesthesia are performed at the SAN where we have regular operating lists.

In 2013 the team at Northside Dental & Implant Centre were delighted to expand dental care on the Northshore through the establishment of a new dental practice in Hornsby.

Conveniently located at 79 Burdett Street, the practice is in close proximity to Hornsby Hospital and other allied medical services. The Hornsby practice has plenty of onsite parking and offers all aspects of general, family, children’s and cosmetic dentistry and dental surgery.

Northside Dental & Implant Centre strives to provide the utmost in care and safety for all patients. Both locations offer you and your family exactly the same processes and materials. Both practices have the same modern equipment and high standard of infection control that earned them both a Quality In Practice accreditation.

Having two symbiotic practices in such close proximity allows us to enhance patient care by expanding the hours of operation. For your convenience, Hi-CAPS and electronic payment processing is available at both facilities. The same digital imaging and record-keeping system ensures doctors and admin staff can access records immediately, as necessary.
