Hello, we are Dr. Lydia and Dr. Jun founders of Bracken Ridge Dental. Dr. Lydia has worked in the practice since 2011 and bought over from Bates Dental in 2015. More recently, Dr Jun has transitioned into our team full-time! We know there are many dentists in the Bracken Ridge Dental area and that makes it hard for you to decide who you should see. We provide a full range of dental services to meet your needs.

There’s no need to be! If you have not seen a dentist for many years because you just hate the thought of going to the dentist or you’ve had a bad experience, we understand. At Bracken Ridge Dental, we will always take the time to listen to you so that they know your concerns and what you want. It’s not just teeth we treat but the very important person on the other side of that smile.
When you are getting dental treatment done, we can provide sedation for you using anxiolytic drugs or nitrous oxide (happy gas) so that you can feel more relaxed and calm during the procedure.
How do you decide what treatment is right for me?
That’s a very easy question to answer. We provide the full range of dental care so rest assured the treatment I recommend for you will be the same as we would use for family or ourselves … if we wouldn’t do it for them or have it done to us there’s no way we’d recommend it for you, absolutely no way. Put simply that means we never recommend “cheap” or short-term solutions.
Is your treatment pain-free?
We go to extraordinary lengths to make what I do as pain-free as possible. I’d be lying if I said that you’ll never ever feel a thing but, with my gentle approach and state-of-the-art equipment, lots of our patients tell me, “I didn’t feel a thing.”
You must be expensive!
We are certainly not the cheapest practice around, nor the most expensive. As with most things, you get what you pay for, so we offer great value… the right dentistry at the right price.
