Teledentistry: Dental emergency? No problem! For your convenience, we offer teledentistry so you can use your phone, tablet, or computer to connect to a local emergency dentist!
Technology: ‘modern’ is a part of our name for a reason! We pride ourselves on using cutting-edge technology to guarantee that your dental experience is as pleasant as possible. We offer CEREC® CAD/CAM technology that fabricates a crown in just 2 hours! We also use digital x-rays (faster and uses less radiation so it is safer for you), intra-oral camera (so that you can see what we see), lasers (for periodontal procedures ensuring faster and less complicated healing), and Cone Beam Computed Tomography (for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions).
Flexible Payment Options: We accept most PPO and HMO and if you do not have dental insurance, we offer an affordable discount plan called The My Smile Dental Plan to give you and your family access to exceptional dental care. It’s not insurance; it simply provides discounted fees for dental services. Unlike insurance, it has no deductibles, no annual maximums, and no participation requirements.

Orthodontics

We offer a range of appliances, as well as fixed and removable options that can help to correct a variety of malocclusions (that may make it difficult for your child to eat, speak, or cause them to habitually bite their cheek or palate) and guide facial development. Our orthodontists work as a team with your Dentist to maximize your smile and improve your dental health.

Dental Crowns

A dental crown (also called a tooth cap) restores a tooth’s shape, size, and strength. It fully encases the visible portion of your tooth. Once it is permanently bonded in place, only a dentist or specialist can remove it. With proper care and good oral hygiene, the life of a tooth crown can range from 5 to 15 years.

At Henderson Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics, we use our CEREC® CAD/CAM technology to give patients a completed permanent crown in just one office visit! Other types of crowns require two office visits. This means, no more temporaries and no need for a second visit. It’s a precise fit. CEREC® CAD/CAM is less invasive and delivers durable, natural-looking crowns in a snap. 

Dental Implants

Dental implants are made from surgical-grade titanium and in most cases offer a permanent solution for one or more missing teeth. The properties of titanium allow the human body’s bone to be integrated into the metal’s surface in a process known as “osseointegration.”

Like many modern medical and dental technologies, dental implants have dramatically improved over the last few decades. From the actual physical design to the surface, these devices are more predictable than ever. This has allowed dentists to offer their patients “immediate function” in many cases, where the patient leaves the office the day of surgery with a temporary tooth in place. In as little as eight weeks from that date, the patient can receive their final crown.

Endodontics

Endodontic treatment is used to save a severely injured, cracked, or decayed tooth when its pulp (the soft inner tissue inside a tooth’s root canal) becomes inflamed or infected. If it is not treated promptly, pain or a tooth abscess (infection) results. 

Root canal treatment is completed in one or two office visits, depending on the presence of infection and the required treatment plan. After restoration, the tooth continues to function like any other tooth. With good oral hygiene, the restored tooth has the potential to last a lifetime.
